Charles is now three months old, and tomorrow we'll find out exactly how much he has grown.
He is being very social now, with great big smiles and laughs. He loves attention, especially from his big brother. He is so interested in doing everything that Peter does, and really seems to want to grow up. He concentrates so hard on standing, and does a pretty good job while you hold his hands. He squirms like crazy, and has re-positioned himself both at night and while playing. He has started to try to roll over, and gets about half way from back to front. He has successfully rolled from front to back a few times, but I think that it was just luck since he hasn't done it in a few weeks. He swats at and shakes the toys on his playmat and bouncer, and will stare at the hanging toys on his car seat. He is still not a fan of the car seat, but has been a little better since we put up the toys.
Sleep is still going very well, and most nights he is sleeping for eight hours or more. There have been a few nights where he hasn't slept for a long stretch but for the most part he's been pretty amazing. Nursing is also going very well, and so far there is no sign of the dairy allergy that Peter had. Charles has also found his hands, and while he still for the most part refuses the pacifier, it seems we will have a thumb sucker this time around.
Babycenter.com doesn't seem to have the charts anymore, but you can see what milestone Charles has been hitting.
